The support team is headed by Dwight "Techno Jedi" Porter and Terry "RedHat" Legge has experience in maintaining Windows and Linux servers for our clients including dedicated hosting and virtual hosting.  They are proactive on working to find any issues with servers before they are noticeable by our clients or the general public (your customers).
